Terms & Conditions for Website Development (Fleetyy)
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are made between Fleetyy (the Client) and [Developer/Agency Name] (the Developer).
- Scope of Work
The Developer agrees to design, develop, and deliver the official Fleetyy website as per the features, content, and design approved by the Client.
- Intellectual Property
All website source code, design, graphics, content, and related materials developed for Fleetyy shall be the exclusive property of the Client.
The Developer will not reuse, resell, or distribute any part of the website without written consent from the Client.
- Plagiarism & Originality
The Developer must ensure all content, images, code, and design used in the website are original or properly licensed.
The Developer will not copy from other websites or use plagiarized material. Any legal liability arising from plagiarism or copyright infringement will be the Developer’s responsibility.
- Confidentiality
The Developer agrees to keep all information about Fleetyy, its business model, customers, and technology confidential, both during and after the project.
No project details shall be shared publicly without prior approval.
- Delivery Timeline
The website must be delivered within the mutually agreed timeline.
Any delays must be communicated in writing to the Client.
- Payment Terms
Payments will be made as per milestones agreed in advance.
Final payment will only be released after full handover of website, including source code, admin access, and credentials.
- Warranty & Support
The Developer shall provide a minimum warranty period of 30 days after handover for fixing bugs or issues.
Any additional long-term maintenance shall be agreed separately.
- Termination
The Client reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Developer fails to deliver as per the agreed scope or violates these Terms & Conditions. - Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Plagiarism = Using someone else’s work (text, code, design, images, etc.) without permission or proper credit. In a website context:
Copying text/content from another website.
Using code templates without license.
Downloading images/logos from Google without permission.
